Who may teach, and where
This is where an adult is given a classroom, where cover is arranged, and where you can see who is standing in which room.
Sign in to open it. It is a course admin's console: course admins write the curriculum and arrange the classrooms, cover included. Instructors run the rooms they hold, and find them on the bench.

What is inside
Staffing, and where it comes from.
An instructor is not created here. They come into existence in Wix, by being assigned to a service. Wix holds the people; Sidekick holds what they may do, and this screen gives somebody who already exists a classroom.
Everyone who teaches, listed by person — rather than by room, because "who is in the building on Wednesday" is a question about people.
Cover that has run out is listed and marked, never dropped. It is still a fact about a room that was covered, and a screen that hid it would answer "nobody" to a question about last term.
The classrooms themselves are the room next door, and the Author console is where the lessons are written.
