Run the estate
The screen behind the others: courses, classrooms, the people on them, and what a parent can actually book.
Sign in to open it. It is the administrator's console — one screen with the reach to stop a course, close a classroom, move a child between rooms and change what is on sale on the live booking account.
Signing in has to be through one of those two. The emailed link is a different kind of sign-in and never establishes whether the person using it works here, so it cannot open this console however many times it is used. The staff door is where it lives, for the screens it does open.
What is inside
Four rooms, and no delete button in any of them.
Courses — listed, and stopped. A course's title, its description, its outcomes and its badges are written from the course manifest every time content is imported, so an edit typed here would save, look saved, and vanish. The room says so rather than offering a form that loses your work on Thursday.
Classrooms — made, changed and taken out of use. A classroom and the thing a parent buys are one fact with two homes, so saving writes both: the change is shown in full, exactly as it will be written, and one press applies it in both places.
People — who is on each roll, moving a child between rooms, taking one off, setting a new password and opening a door that has shut. Names and sign-ins only: nothing on this screen says how any child is getting on, and there is nowhere in it to put such a thing.
Wix — what the live booking account actually says, read fresh every time this screen loads rather than from a copy.
Nothing is ever deleted. A classroom taken out of use is stopped here and hidden and unlisted on the site: off the live pages, not bookable, and still there with its bookings and its register intact. That pair is this product's delete, and there is no other one to go looking for.
