Type the username and password your instructor set up for you. They are not your email address and not your school login — they are only for Sidekick.

There is no "forgotten password" link here, and that is on purpose rather than missing. Sidekick holds no email address and no phone number for you, so there is nobody for a reset link to be sent to: your parent or your instructor can set you a new password, and they are the only people who can.
